Live the familiar, generational and historical human effort of the production of an excellent quality panela. The tour begins from Pereira, heading to a wonderful sugar mill in the municipality of Quimbaya and Montenegro (depending the day chosen), passing through some places that show the fruits that are produced and surround these lands, doing some environmental interpretation stops. There, the whole productive process of the panela will be lived from the sugar cane until the cooling. In this same place, we will have a typical lunch of the region from the hands of the people who cultivated thisx landscape. Living the Coffee Cultural Landscape is falling in love with the authentic Colombian gastronomy. Final transfer to the city of Pereira.
