Manizales is the capital of the department of Caldas, located on the Andean Mountains and known as the capital of affection. The route begins by capturing sunrises and views towards the first gastronomic sensorial experience. Then, we arrive directly to do a tour at the Cathedral of the city, which is one of the highest ones in Colombia and has an unique fusion of Italian, French and Colombian architecture. Besides, we proceed the tour to the Main Square knowing the history of its first buildings and monuments. Afterwards, we have a lunch at one of the most original and old restaurants, delighting ourselves with the typical taste of the mountain in full urbanity. We continue this experience going to a park that illustrates through its monuments the history of the colonization, then we cross to a viewpoint with the best view of the nearby mountains. Finally, the tour ends in the same way as it started, capturing views but at a pleasing sunset.
